Our President & CEO, Jim Gothard, started Paradigm Consulting in 2006 because he was concerned that other firms didn’t provide enough options, transparency, or resources for benefits planning. He wanted to focus on business leaders who seek to offer the best benefits and well-being programs for their unique organizations.

Since then, our employee benefits company in Lafayette, Indiana has helped hundreds of businesses across the state and nationwide build stability and loyalty in their companies while maintaining open communication and personal service through offerings such as small business benefits services, large group benefits services, and the Indiana Elite Care Network.

We also choose to limit the number of companies we represent. This way, our team can get to know your business and support you with one-on-one priority service.
